A rather hot sauce with a taste of habanero, lemon, vinegar and spices.
Rather nice taste and a fair heat level.
Use it with poultry, egg and seafood.
One bottle is enough for one or two servings of food.

A mild sauce with a taste of jalapeno, herbs, lemon, garlic and vinegar.
Fine taste but very mild. Good with fish and other seafood.
You will need 3 - 4 bottles to give enough heat to one serving of food.
