A medium hot sauce with a taste of vinegar, mustard, scotch bonnet peppers and a little onion.
The first impression is only vinegar and mustard, onion/garlic and scotch bonnet comes after a while.
The heat is enough for one or two servings of food, but the vinegar is too much for 5 servings of food.

Tasted 1999
A rather hot sauce with a taste of SALT and nothing but SALT!
It is impossible to recognize any other flavours.
The heat in one bottle is enough for 2 servings of food,
but the salt is enough for 20 servings of food.
Useless!
