A less than medium hot chile paste with a rather sweet taste of chile pepper, onion and soy sauce.
Best used with grilled meat or as a spicy pizza sauce.

Tasted 1999
A medium hot sweet and slightly salty chile paste with a fine taste of roasted chile peppers and onions.
Good to use with meat and in pasta dishes.
Much better if you adjust the heat by adding a little Pure Cap or other really hot sauce.
A "one-serving-jar".
