Rasta Fire Brand
USA, Louisiana
Ass in the Tub Hot Sauce (5 fl. oz. / 148 ml.)
Produced in Costa Rica
Tasted 1999
A rather hot sauce with an artificial and bitter taste.
The first impression is of some sugarfree candy, tomatoes and an unpleasant bitterness, after a few seconds comes the heat.
The bitterness stayes in the mouth almost as long as the heat.
The only possible use I can find for this sauce is to add heat to milder sauces, but that is better done with e.g. habanero juice or Pure Cap.
One bottle is hot enough for 4 - 6 servings.

A rich taste with a first impression of mustard and curry, followed by habanero, blackpepper and a fair heat.
