Marie Sharp's Green Habanero Pepper Sauce - Hot (5 oz. / 148 ml)

Tasted 1999
A medium hot sauce with a taste of vinegar/lime, something cucumber-like, habanero and a little garlic.
A very fresh "green" taste with a mild fruitiness which is followed by the fruity flavour of green habanero and a nice heat.
This is the best green habanero sauce I have tasted yet.
Perfect on scrambled eggs.
A one-serving-bottle.

Marie Sharp's Habanero Pepper Sauce - Fiery Hot (5 oz.)

Tasted 1999
A rather hot sauce with a fresh taste of habanero and lime.
The first impression is a fruity habanero flavour and a little lime, which is soon followed by a fresh heat.
I had expected a hotter sauce, as it is labled "Fiery Hot".
Perfect on egg and all other food.
One bottle = one serving.

Marie Sharp's Habanero Pepper Sauce - Hot (5 oz. / 148 ml)

Tasted 1999
A medium hot sauce with a taste of carrots, lime, habanero, garlic and vinegar.
The first impression of an acid carrot juice is shortely followed by a fresh habanero
flavour and a little garlic, and a few seconds later comes the heat.
Nice taste but a little too much salt.
One bottle is enough for 3 egg sandwiches (but too thin to stay on a sandwich)
or one serving of other food.

Marie Sharp's Pure Mango Habanero Pepper Sauce - Hot (148 ml)

Tasted 2024
Opens with fresh sweet mango, followed by yellow habanero and a nice acidity (vinegar/lime).
Long lingering aftertaste of mango, yellow habanero, lime and a hint of onion.
Perfect with prawns, crayfish, lobster and crab, as well as with chicken.
One bottle is enough for 3-4 servings.

Marie Sharp's Red Hornet Sauce - Lava Heat (148 ml)

Tasted 2024
An immediate, fresh sting of Red Hornet, followed by a hint of vinegar, and a touch of onion/garlic.
Hot, fresh and intense from the first split second, when it enters my palet.
A long and lingering heat with nice Red Hornet aroma, lasting for more than 10 minutes.
One bottle is hot enoug for 8 eggsandwiches with Swedish caviar, or for 4 normal servings of food.
Best used with eggs or chicken.
An 'honest' and intense heat and great aromas, very well balanced by acidity and a touch och onion/garlic.
I love this sauce.
