Dawson's Hot Sauce, Big Smoke Chipotle Sauce (155 ml)
Tasted 2024Opens with tomato, smoky chipotle notes, onion/garlic and brow sugar,
soon followed by a nice but rather mild heat.
Very tasty with grilled chicken or pork.
One bottle is enough for one serving of food.

Tasted 2024Opens with a sweet taste of onion and vinegar, followed by chili (not obvious that it is habanero).
Soon follows a good heat, and the chili taste get more character of habanero.
This is like a hotter version of "Thai Sweet Chili", and too sweet for most food.
Best used for marinating chicken wings.
One bottle is enoug to marinate 500 grams of chicken wings.
