Poppamies, Hot Sauce Aged Jalapeno (150 ml)

Mild, fresh taste of jalapeño, mild but fresh vinegar acidity, onions,
green/grassy notes, a slight sweetness and a touch of garlic.
A rather mild sauce with a fine fresh "green" tone from green paprika and cilantro,
with a good and well balanced backbone of vinegar acidity and sweetness.
Tasty with a fine jalapeño flavour, but one bottle is not enough to add sufficient heat to a serving of food.
Nice to use on fresh oysters (only 1 or 2 drops on each oyster, if you enyoy champagne with your oysters).
Or use the whole bottle as a refreshing drink with your seafood.

Opens with sweet smoked flavours, followed by a little lime and a mild but intense heat.
Rather mild and round taste with a sweet soft finish and a long lingering heat.
Perfect with chicken wings.
One bottle = 1 - 2 servings.

An initial taste of vinegar and a slight saltiness is soon followed by a nice heat of habaero and nagajolokia.
Under the dominating flavours is a light sweetness and a note of onion, giving a firm ground under the heat,
at the same time as the light and slightly sweet vinagar tone givs a good and fresh backbone.
A fair, but not extreme heat makes this a good allround sauce for most kinds of food.
One bottle is enough for 1 or 2 big eggsandwiches with Swedish kaviar, of for a full serving of seafod or poultry.
Ideal for crab, crayfish, shrimp and for gratinated lobster.

Poppamies, Hot Sauce Rocoto (150 ml)

Opens with notes ov vinegar and sugar, followed by lime and roccoto.
After a few seconds follows a nice heatwave and a note of apples.
The heat is deep, round and softly intense, in a way that is typical for roccoto.
Very nice with most kinds of food and perfect for my eggsandwiches.
One bottle is enough for 4-5 eggsandwiches.
