Hot Sauce Alingsås, Habanero & Morot (100 ml)
Tasted 2024Carrot, lime, habanero frutiness and sugar,
after a few seconds followed by a nice, but mild habanero heat.
Good with fish and other seafood. A little too sweet for my egg sandwiches.
One bottle = 1 - 2 servings.

Tasted 2024Tomato, onion/garlic, habanero frutiness, vinegar,
after a few seconds followed by a rather mild habanero heat.
Well suited for the company of chicken and pork.
Goes also rather well on eggsandwiches with Swedish caviar.
One bottle = 1 - 2 servings.

Hot Sauce Alingsås, Jalapeño & Äpple (100 ml)
Tasted 2024Apple, cumin, lime, cilantro, onion and garlic, followed by jalapeno and a rather mild heat.
A slight swetness and notes of black pepper comes in the aftertaste.
Very tasty with most kinds of seafood, and perfect with crab.
One bottle is not enough for one serving of food.
