Louisiana Cajun Sauce (236.6 ml)
Tasted 1999A less than medium hot sauce with a taste of vinegar, tomatoes, allspice, cayenne pepper and other spices.
The taste is initially rather fresh until the flavour of allspice becomes too dominating after a few seconds.
Too much allspice and too much vinegar is masking the cayenne pepper almost completely.
I find no use for this sauce in my kitchen.
