Suzie's Sauces
USA, Florida
Bubba's Best (5 oz.)
Tasted 1999
A rather mild sauce with a taste of VINEGAR, jalapeno and garlic.
It is maybe possible to use this sauce as a replacement for vinegar in salad dressings,
but I would not use it on/in any other food as it is too acid.
Florida Road Kill Hot Sauce (5 fl. oz.)
Tasted 1999
A medium hot sauce with a fresh, vegetable like, taste of chile pepper and lemon.
Good balance between chile flavour, acidity, a little sweetness and a fresh heat.
Very good on eggs and all other food.
One bottle = one serving.
Gore Sauce (Bore Sauce) (5 fl. oz.)
Tasted 1999
A medium hot sauce with a taste of vinegar, chile pepper, onions, garlic and cumin.
The taste of vinegar is too dominating and makes it difficult to use more than a small amount of this sauce in a serving of food.
A one-serving-bottle if you can stand the vinegar taste.
Hillary's Diet Sauce (5 oz.)
Tasted 1999
A medium hot sauce with a taste of tomatoes, garlic, black pepper and habanero.
A very nice ketchup. Really good on hot dogs!
One bottle is hot enough for 4 hot dogs or 1 serving of other food.
Nukem Newt's Tax Exempt Hot Sauce (148 ml)
Tasted 1999
A medium hot sauce with a taste of tomatoes, chile pepper, vinegar and salt.
Rather nice taste, but not much heat.
Best used on sausages, bacon and egg.
One bottle = one serving.
Santa Hot Sauce 1997 - Ho! Ho! Ho! Habanero (5 fl. oz.)
Tasted 1999
A rather hot sauce with a taste of vinegar, capsaicin extract and a little habanero.
More heat than taste, but rather good on egg sandwiches.
One bottle is enough for 4 - 6 egg sandwiches.
