      Title: A Great Pasilla Sauce

      Yield: 2 servings
 
           Pasilla 3-4 pods
           - dried and toasted
      1 tb Salt
           Garlic - a few cloves
      2    Eggs - scrambled
 
  Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
  A great sauce consisting of 3-4 toasted dried pods, 1 Tbs salt and a few
  garlic cloves chopped up in 1/2 cup of water. Put two tablespoons in a
  heated pan for a few seconds, then throw in two scrambled eggs. Serve over
  heated tortilla, top with ranchero cheese. Great!
