Tomatillo Green Salsa

5C tomatillos chopped (Green tomatoes may be used instead)
1-1/2C long green chilies peeled, seeded and chopped
1/2C jalapeno peppers seeded and finely chopped
4C onion chopped
1-1/2C lemon juice
6 cloves of garlic finely chopped
1T ground cumin (optional)
3T oregano leaves
2T salt
1t black pepper

Mix and process as above recipe.

Yield 4 pints
