Don's Simple Wings From: Don Bruck These are so simple it's scary. Cut the wings at the joint, using just the first two sections. (The tips are a great addition to the stock pot) Rub them with fresh ground black pepper Fry them in a wok in Peanut Oil and drain them when done. IN THE MEANTIME Melt butter in a sauce pan. Add tabasco (tm), or other Louisiana hot sauce. (Usually one stick of butter for 3 to 5 Tablespoons of hot sauce) Pour the butter/hot sauce mix over the wings. All I use for celery is celery. We like Marie's Blue Cheese dressing.
