HotChili-Mike's Mild Sweet & Sour Wings

  1    kg     Chicken Wings

Marinade:
  1.5  dl     Malt Vinegar
  1.5  dl     Kinese Mushroom Soy
  2.5  dl     Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
  1    tsp    Liquid Smoke

Mix the marinade and cover the wings with marinade.
Marinate the wings for 24 - 48 hours.

Grill the wings until the skin gets crispy but not burnt.

Enjoy with or without your favorite dip.
